1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Synthetiq Code, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
2. Description of Service
Synthetiq Code provides an autonomous AI orchestration platform that allows users to deploy multi-agent AI teams inside isolated sandboxes. The service is currently in beta / early access.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for all data, prompts, and instructions you provide to the AI agents. Synthetiq Code is not responsible for the generated code or its subsequent use in production environments.
4. Intellectual Property
All platform infrastructure, design, and internal agents are the intellectual property of Synthetiq Code. Code generated by the AI within your sandboxes belongs to you, subject to applicable open-source licenses of the underlying language models.
5. Limitation of Liability
Synthetiq Code is provided "as is" without any warranties. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our platform.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and your use of the platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any legal action or proceeding arising under or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Tel Aviv, Israel.
